This year has been one of transformation and evolution at Maze Training. You may have noticed our new branding and you’re reading this on our brand-new website.
It’s something we’re really excited about, but I wanted to take the time to explain what’s been going on and what this means for you, our loyal customers.
What’s changed at Maze Training?
Most noticeably, as I’ve already mentioned, we’ve had a complete revamp of our branding and a new website built from scratch. They may seem like superficial gestures, but both have been something I’ve felt the need to do for a while now.
Our new brand
Our previous branding didn’t reflect who we are as a company anymore. We’ve evolved since we launched over 20 years ago and we needed to bring our branding inline with that.
A lot of thought has gone into our new brand. Rather than simply picking my favourite colours we did a whole load of research and ended up using colour psychology to decide on ones to represent our values and ethos. They are:
In colour psychology it is said to control and heal the emotions, creating emotional balance and stability. It is also said to be a friendly and happy colour which we think suits every member of our team!
Black is said to provide protection from external emotional stress, creating a barrier to protect feelings and hide vulnerabilities. This description really spoke to us as it reminded us of the inclusion or listening circles <link to our approach page> we offer our clients that allow their employees to be open and honest about what development and support they need in total confidentiality.
White symbolises new beginnings, awakening, growth, reflectiveness, and creativity. It’s what we strive to achieve for our clients, by opening their minds and showing them a better, more effective way of working and living.
The colour yellow relates to acquiring knowledge and developing mental agility. Absolutely what we are all about! It also represents hope, happiness cheerfulness and fun. Something we should all have in our lives in abundance.
Website and new training programmes
Our new website is designed to complement our new look, but also make it easier for you to see the ways that we can help you. We know choosing a training provider can be a big task, so we wanted to make it as clear and easy as possible for you to find out who we are, how we work and what we offer.

A big part of this is the launch of our range of training and development programmes that are available alongside our bespoke training solutions. You can see them all here.

What this means for you
Ultimately, most of these changes won’t impact our customers at all. We’re still the same company who is ready to help your business, and your employees, thrive and reach their full potential. It’s still the same team working away just as hard for you. We still hold the same values and ethos at the heart of everything we do.
