This course focuses on individual endeavour and the important role that an advocate for inclusion can have on the world around them. Creating a truly inclusive workplace is much more than having rules and procedures or quotas to meet.

Advocating for inclusion means facing into uncomfortable truths about the biases that exist in the workplace and consciously working on them to make the world a better place.

Inclusive workplaces have people who support each other with empathy and kindness when lives are changed by health challenges or crisis.
