All of this knowledge and experience has been used to create the Maze Leadership Essentials programme. This training course is designed to help the transition for people moving from team member to leader, and to solve the issue of employees not being ‘taught’ how to be a leader before they start their first leadership role.
This means that they no longer have to find their own feet as they settle into their new position.
Whilst letting leaders discover their own leadership style has previously been seen as character building, there is a potential for a lack of clarity on how well they are performing and the impact that they are having on their subordinates, which ultimately impacts on their self-belief, confidence, and motivation.
