There are 168 hours in everyone's week but you can only do one thing at a time. If you don't budget your time you always go into debt! Writing it down means you are seven times more likely to do it... whatever it is! Better to be effective than efficient! What you decide to do is your choice.
Be aware of what steals your time: say 'no' to unscheduled visitors, get agendas for any meetings, rank all your co-workers on who is a robber! (The worst culprit may be your boss!) If it is, you owe it to the business to sort it!
We do what we like to do first and leave what we don't like to last. We say 'Yes' when we mean to say 'no'! Some people work better in the morning, whereas some people work better after 12 noon. It doesn't matter... just know which you are!
